Join us for a gathering for professionals in the field of advancement at area schools.  This will be a unique opportunity for professionals of color, LGBTQ and/or international backgrounds working in the growing field of advancement to connect.  Tell the story of your career journey, share best practices and challenges, help us build a network of professionals in the region, make connections.

Independent School Round Table Discussions

Join us for a low-cost, intensive, focused day created specifically for small independent school advancement offices!

As an Advancement Director of an Independent School have you ever wished that you could send your entire team to a professional development conference that focused on the needs of your institution?  Have you ever tried to get together with colleagues from nearby schools that have a similar program to yours, but trying set a date is nearly impossible? And, if you are able to attend a conference, do you find yourself in a session that does not pertain to your school’s current challenges? Then this is the event your team has been asking for! 

Join independent school advancement and communication professionals with teams of ten or less on Friday, December 1, for a day dedicated to discussion with their peers. During this gathering, you will be able to share your school’s successes and address your school’s challenges with other advancement professionals who are working in similar shops. Bring your entire team, your pressing questions, and get ready to address those issues that you never thought you would have enough time to get to.

Round table discussions will be organized into the following roles:
