Yes, all speakers and volunteers are required to register for the conference.

Yes, every attendee must register for the conference online through the CASE District I website.

To access the online registration form, you will be asked to enter your CASE member login information. If you need assistance accessing your login information or if you have questions about the registration process, please contact the CASE Member Services team at +1-202-328-CASE [2273], Monday-Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm ET or email them at MemberSupportCenter@case.org.

If you do not know your CASE username and password, or if you do not have a CASE username and password, please contact the CASE Member Services team.

Before completing the online registration form, call the CASE Member Services team at +1-202-328-CASE [2273], Monday-Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm ET, and register for the conference on the phone with a representative.

The representative will generate an invoice for you, allowing you to pay with a check.

Note: registrations will not be considered complete until payment is received.

Yes, CASE accepts conference registration payments by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

Our registration system has the capability to accept different credit cards when registering several people from one institution.

The early bird registration deadline is Tuesday, December 19, 2017.

Advanced Registration for the conference closes on Friday, January 12.

No, there is not a one-day conference fee for programs held on March 15-16, 2018.

All attendees who register by 12 pm ET on Wednesday, December 14, will be included in the printed attendee directory distributed at the conference. All institutional member registrants, including those who register as of January 1, will be included in a PDF that will be available online to registrants at the conclusion of the conference.

The conference registration fee does not include lodging and/or any travel fees. Attendees, including speakers, will need to arrange for their own travel.  Additionally, attendees and speakers will need to reserve and pay for their own hotel stay.

A block of rooms has been secured at the Westin Copley Place in Boston. The CASE special room rate is $259 USD, plus applicable taxes.  You will be able to book, modify, or cancel a reservation until February 21,2018.

Yes, you may. To make changes to your conference registration, please contact the CASE Member Services team and have your registrant ID available.

Note: Your registrant ID can be found in your email confirmation.

Cancellations and requests for refunds may be requested in writing and must be received no later than 5 pm ET on Friday, January 12, 2018. Refunds may be made on conference fees only, less a $100 handling fee. All special events are non-refundable. You may review the full cancellation policy here for additional details.
