Attendee Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received no later than 5 pm ET on Friday, January 13, 2017. Refunds may be made on conferences fees only, less a $100 handling fee. All special event fees are non-refundable.

Written cancellation requests will be accepted via e-mail to your district at casedi@camihq.com.

To maintain a low cost per registrant, CASE District I is unable to offer refunds after Friday, January 13, 2017, for any reason. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds due to injury, illness, or inclement weather; however, conference registrations may be transferred to another member of your institution.
